I had a great experience getting my crown installed. I arrived for my appointment and was seen immediately, which I really appreciated. The entire staff was friendly (Indy from the front desk was awesome!), welcoming, and professional from start to finish. Dr. Strachan has an excellent bedside manner and checked in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and doing well. The process itself went very smoothly. I was also impressed by the technology they use. Instead of the traditional crown mold process, they used advanced imaging to create the crown digitally. Even better, I was able to get the crown the same day. Overall, a very positive experience. Great team, great technology, and excellent patient care. Highly recommend.
