Dear Potential Customers, Court Street Dental has tragically lost its integrity and customer service way, and patients have become dispensable causalities in their chosen path to practicing greed. The days where Dr. Jeff Strachan’s expertise and compassion placed a beautiful smile on your face, because you knew he truly cared, are sadly gone since he retired. This new group is built on strictly profits over people and their new staff members have callously adapted well to shaking down patients with an attitude of arrogance, obnoxiousness and entitlement. They will make you feel uncomfortable to ask them questions about their billing methods and outrageous fees. They will charge you $120 for a missed appointment and they will even threaten to bill you during a local weather advisory storm. Keep in mind that they do not participate in most insurance plans so if you are worker with great benefits, be prepared to pay out of pocket and no one in his office will be concerned about your out of network cost. They will simply offer you to go into debt through their third-party financing agreement (payment plans) with Care Credit, on top of your biweekly work deductions. So save yourself the unnerving pain of paying to be disrespected and instead spend your valuable time seeking your dental care from an office who has not opted to become your local friendly neighborhood “tooth sharks”!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Court Street Dental. I came in for a cleaning, and I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever experienced this level of care and professionalism at a dental office before. Olga did an incredible job with my cleaning. She was extremely thorough and professional, but what amazed me most was how comfortable the entire treatment was. I didn’t feel any pain at all. I honestly didn’t know a dental cleaning could be this good. A special thank you as well to Indy, who took my X-rays and was wonderful throughout the process, and to Dr. Judge for being so thorough, professional, and kind. Everyone took the time to answer all of my questions with so much patience and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. The whole experience, from beginning to end, was exceptional. Easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a really positive experience at court street dental office. The staff is always kind, friendly, and helpful, and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I especially appreciate that I never feel judged or embarrassed about my dental needs. Everyone is patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. It makes going to the dentist a much more comfortable and stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a welcoming and compassionate dental team.

I must say my very first appt with Court Street Dental was a great experience from the time I walked through the doors until completion of my treatment. I was greated by Ms Indy who was very warm and welcoming. Since this was my first time at this practice, Ms. Indy explained and gave me some background of the office and the staff which made me feel very comfortable. Right after checking in and speaking to Ms. Indy, I was greeted by Olga (who was my hygenist) and upon sitting down in the chair with her, she was very warm and welcoming as well. She went on to explain my exams and treatment plan in great detail. I mentioned to her my nervousness of the dentist and during my cleaning she was very gentle and did take her time. She explained every xray that was done on me as welk as Dr. Judge. Both ladies were very patient and did express to see if i had any concerns. My very 1st time here at this location I would rate 10 out of 10 and will be returning for all my treatments!!

I must say hands down to hygienist Olga she did a tremendous job with my cleaning today, I have never wrote a review before but I was so impressed I had to. Thank you Olga, and your communication was on point.

I went in and was greeted by Indy and she was very polite, kind and guided me in the right direction on how to get started. I got a deep clean by Alli, who took her time to give me the best cleaning ever and was also detailed and friendly. Dr Gajjar, came on and explained all I need to know about caring for my teethe and braces and solutions on fixing other issues. This office staff has been amazing with taking care of my teeth. They give me a breakdown of what they will be doing before they start and was very thorough. I am very satisfied. I 100% recommend going to Court Street Dental. Atmosphere filled with warmth, peace and serenity.

I’ve been a patient of this dental office for over 10 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. The dentist is knowledgeable, professional, caring, and always takes the time to explain everything and make sure I’m comfortable. And Indy at reception always greets me with a smile and very friendly.

Great first appointment, Indy took great care of me! And prices are very reasonable compared to past dentists.
