Dr. Gajjar, and the entire Court Street Dental staff of dental assistants, hygienists, office managers, and reception have made visiting the dentists a much more pleasant experience. They are consummate professionals who care about their patients and take every measure to ensure their comfort including the very nice updates to the office designed to enhance the visit experience (eg, TVs mounted on the ceiling above the dental chair, warming eye masks, beverages in reception, etc.). I always feel like I’m not just another nameless patient but a part of their dental family. Whether you keep up with your regular visits or it’s been a while, they remember you, your name, and your dental history and work with you to provide an understandable, comprehensive, modern, state of the art plan for a successful dental health journey. They also run the office like clockwork. I’ve never experienced long waits and they get down to business without rushing the process. I have been a patient at Court Street Dental for years and will continue to put my dental health in their hands for the years to come. Special shout-outs to Dental Assistant Indy P. and the very pleasant and patient young lady at reception (I forget her name) for making my recent visits as comfortable as a trip to the dentist can be.
