Our Membership Program is an in-house dental savings plan designed for patients who want high-quality care without traditional dental insurance. It provides preventive services, treatment discounts, and long-term value — all directly through our office.

What’s Included in the Membership

Your membership includes:

  • 2 complimentary comprehensive or periodic oral exams per year
  • Annual complimentary 2D X-rays (as clinically indicated)
  • 2 complimentary emergency exams
  • 2 dental cleanings

These visits allow us to detect problems early — when treatment is simpler and more conservative.

Treatment & Cosmetic Savings

Members receive:

  • 10% off all dental treatment provided by the dentist
  • 20% off hygiene services
  • $500 off Invisalign treatment
  • $100 off in-office teeth whitening
  • No charge for Invisalign and cosmetic consultations

📌 Discounts do not apply when using third-party financing.

Long-Term Value: Treatment Warranties

Yes — because we stand behind the quality of our work.

🕒 2-Year Warranty

  • Composite (tooth-colored) fillings placed in our office
  • If a filling fails, we will repair or replace it at no charge
  • If further treatment is needed, the cost of the original filling is credited

🕔 5-Year Warranty

  • Crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, and porcelain veneers placed in our office
  • Covered for chipping, fracture, loosening, or debonding under normal use

Important:
To maintain warranty coverage, you must:

  • Maintain continuous membership
  • Complete all recommended exams, cleanings, X-rays, and follow-up care
  • Wear a professionally made night guard if prescribed

Accidents, trauma, neglect, or non-compliance are not covered.

No. All membership fees are non-refundable and due at enrollment.

No. Memberships are non-transferable and apply only to the enrolled patient.

No. The Membership Program cannot be combined with insurance, coupons, third-party financing, or other discount plans.
